Key Responsibilities
Receives and logs inbound materials into the warehouse; utilizes information found on packing slips and purchase orders.
Responsible for processing, picking, staging, and shipping all outbound customer orders.
Maintain accurate Bill of Lading (BOL) records and ensure compliance with shipping documentation requirements.
Inspect incoming & outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
You must successfully pass forklift testing and be able to operate a forklift in a safe and effective manner.
Adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving role, preferably within a food manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
Experience working with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies.
